    Alfonso Sáez Alonso-Muñumer

    Chair

    Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    Born in Valladolid. Since 2014 he has been Chief Executive Officer of Bankinter Consumer Finance, the Group’s consumer-finance subsidiary. He is also a member of Bankinter S.A.’s management team, a director of Línea Directa Aseguradora and a director of Equifax Iberia.

    His career has been built at Bankinter, which he joined in 1993 as a trader in the Treasury desk. He has served as Head of Internet, Head of Retail Banking and the branch network, and, from 2007 to 2014, Head of Strategy and Corporate Development.

    Jaime Íñigo Guerra Azcona

    Member of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    He has been General Manager of Bankinter (Head of Investment Banking) since 2013.

    From 2004 to 2013 he was General Secretary of Bankinter, overseeing Legal, Tax and Regulatory & Corporate Compliance. He previously served as Secretary to the Board and Head of Legal Services at ICO. He has been a State Attorney on leave of absence since 2002.

    Víctor Martí Gilabert

    Member of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    He defines and executes investment, development and disposal strategies, remaining closely involved in the day-to-day of the companies in which he participates.

    He has more than 25 years of experience across operations, transformation, investment and disposal. His expertise includes sale-and-purchase negotiation and, in particular, owner–operator structures (affiliation, franchise, management and lease). He has been chairman of Horwath HTL in several countries and a member of Horwath HTL’s international board for EMEA. He has led more than 500 hotel transactions and projects with a combined value of over €5 billion.

    He is founder and CEO of GMA and of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI, a member of Exceltur, a director of Montepino, and a lecturer at IE and other institutions including Lanzadera.

    Esther Colom García

    Member of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    She heads GMA’s legal department and coordinates investment and disposal transactions, identifying and mitigating legal risk.

    She has more than 20 years of experience in the full-cycle management of real-estate assets. For over six years she was a lawyer in the legal department of Metrovacesa, S.A. (Merlin Properties SOCIMI) and previously worked in the legal teams of several real-estate companies, including Altamira Santander Real Estate, S.A.

    Antonio Riestra Pita

    Independent

    Member of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    He began his career in 1977 at Uralita (Grupo March). From 1985 to 2002 he was Managing Director of Uralita Internacional, S.A. and, between 1995 and 2000, also Managing Director of Urariego, S.A.

    From 2002 to 2012 he was an urban-planning consultant at Coindeco, S.L. and from 2012 to 2014 a planning and asset consultant at AR&P Asesores. Since 2011 he has been chairman of the family company José Arechabala Intl. Ltd. (Vaduz), active in distilling and sugar production in Cuba since 1878.

    Ignacio Díaz López

    Independent

    Member of the Board of Directors of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI S.A.

    He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, specialising in financial services. In 1991 he joined the Oasis group as CFO and later founded ADM S.L., managing clients’ finances and consultancy projects.

    From 2006 to 2013 he was Head of Internal Audit at NH Hoteles. He is currently founder, director and CEO of Hotels Hospitality Services, and works on an ongoing basis with several corporate functions.

    Josep Sala Raduà

    Chairman of the Investment Committee of Atom Hoteles SOCIMI

    He heads GMA’s real-estate division, chairs Atom Hoteles SOCIMI’s Investment Committee and sits on the investment committees of all GMA vehicles, covering strategy, portfolio management, acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures.

    He has eight years of dedicated hotel real-estate experience and was an investment analyst at Horwath HTL, working on asset-management assignments.

    Pedro María Sagüés González-Estrada

    Managing Director, Alternative Investment Funds, Bankinter Investment Banking

    He has more than 20 years of investment-banking experience. He headed Mergers & Acquisitions at Bankinter (2011–2016), was Director of Corporate Finance at Socios Financieros (2008–2011) and Espírito Santo Investment (2005–2008), Corporate Development and Investor Relations Manager at Telefónica New Media – Antena 3 TV (2001–2005) and a corporate-finance analyst at Citigroup (1998–2001).

    Arántzazu Sánchez Janáriz

    Head of Real-Estate Assets, Bankinter

    She heads Bankinter’s Real-Estate Assets unit, including the disposal of foreclosed assets. She has more than twenty years in real estate, including Head of Legal for Southern Spain at Ferrovial Inmobiliaria (1998–2001), Head of Legal and board member of El Reino de Don Quijote, Central Region Manager at Acciona Inmobiliaria (2004–2009) and Central Territory Director at Banco Santander-Altamira (2009–2015), where she managed a €2.2 billion portfolio.
