Comply with applicable national and international legislation and regulatory obligations.

Ensure that internal rules and the conduct of directors, managers and all staff rest on ethical criteria aligned with the company’s principles and values.

Act firmly and unequivocally against any form of discrimination on grounds of sex, sexual orientation, race, age, nationality, disability, ideology, religion or belief, among others.

Ensure that adequate mechanisms are in place to oversee ATOM Hoteles’ principles, values and commitments, and that irregular conduct or breaches of the Code of Ethics are always rejected.

Act with rigour and firmness against any practice of corruption, fraud or bribery.

Make available the appropriate channels for handling any complaint or report, always guaranteeing confidentiality and privacy in accordance with applicable law.

Regularly identify and assess risks affecting not only the business but also its stakeholders and/or companies managed exclusively by ATOM Hoteles, managing them with due diligence.

Protect any personal data handled in the course of its work, guaranteeing its integrity, availability, security and confidentiality.
