Access to and/or use of this ATOM HOTELES portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. The said Terms shall apply independently of any General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory in each case.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
